even though laws in my country have been amended to allow a balanced 50;50 gender representation in all key positions,including poltics, we still find that women prefer to vote men into key positions. It seems women are still their own oppressors and prefer men to lead and ocuppy these potions, despite the enabling laws that have been amended to accomodate women. We seem not to have enough confidence in our selves to lead others.

There is stll a lot of gender based bias against women leaders.My opinion is that this bias has a lot of this bias against women has to do with cultures.Until women themselves fight to change laws which do not act favourably to them and enhance their own position in soicieties,women leaders in societies will always be few.

It truly is astounding that people are still getting so much mileage from the myth that women are held back in corporate America. My firm it completely inundated with unqualified, inexperienced, women whose only qualification was being a woman. Corporations are only hurting themselves by not hiring the best candidates.

yes, women have enough power in the workplace. over the last score of years the privelages have had their small moles sucked. what it has amounted to is many females not having rightful positions of authority. a lot of good ones got tired, fed up with incompetence and left. now, the female authorities deal in a different battle with social situations built in the work place by incompetent men who may have had a talent at one time and the people who suck his mole who have networked. its left the workplace an incoherent mess. if you need to discuss this matter if you are a man, you are in real trouble.

an interesting observation is that women are the worst critics of other female collegues and administrators. Women have difficulty working with women who are in positions of power, more so than men. Statistics are showing that in many professions women are outnumbering men. There are exceptions, but overall there are more women in the world then men.

Not do something about the people who are extorting Money

from Aferica from the use of the computer. I am getting so tired

of receiving emails from Ladies who Claim to be single and

living in the States, they as soon as you tell them who you are

they say they live in Africa are are needing Money trans actions

for something or another. With this problem Microsoft and "Yahoo"

and all the computer companies should prevent.

People online expect people from Spokane to drop every thing hop

on a plain and just to show up it dose not work that way. Spokane Washington

where I live Most of the people are either Retired, or on Social Security Disability

or either are in The Medical Feild or in the Legal service. The people who Extort

Money From Africa is almost as bad as the Elegal Imagration problems that

some of the Border states are having. That is getting real annoying. If The

Government would take care of the way these people live in the 1st place

we would not have these problems.

Where I live if "The Spokesman Review" cant handle my Conflicts The News

paper needs to be shut down. It is not right to prevent some ones

opions because of their place of residence.

I am Directing this statement To Brian Williams. You just made a coment this past

week about not having any kind of A Dagree. With that statements I not only

have the entire Media associated press and all The TV News stations cought

red handed but as well as with The City Of Spokane Washington red handed.

How many other Media personel do not have their Degree. President Obama has

been having just about every body plastered to the Walls of trying to sign for

Different Education programs, I have been pushing for The increase of

our Federal Governments to be put on a two week payment period. Because of

my writing interest and Money opportunitiues, Spokane Washington where I live

is probably the most corrupted City on This side of the Country. I have two ideas

for The Federal Government one is the two week and also to raise the persons

income by their Age. I am being picked on and teased in Spokane Washington

because of My Place of residence. Im still receiving response. I am un Disputed I am

un challenged. I will receive response befor Most people will have their second

cup of coffee. How many of our Top Designers and Government Media and office

I have never been on a Ship before, or have worked on a Ship. I see

a lot of people sending in Ideas, how to clean up the Oil spill. The problem

should of been handled right a way. My Idea, is when a Oil Tanker, or a Ship

that carries Oil or Gas products, Have Different companies who own their

Ships, Make a Clear Plastic, Net, this Plastic Net would be put around the

entire Ship allow the NeT To sink to the bottom of The Ocean this would

keep the Oil in one area allowing for The clean up. By the time every body gets

to where the problem is alot of what the Ship has already has leaked out.

If I were to submitt this idea in Spokane Washington where I live, I would

be Laughed at, I would send this very same Idea in the Mail and would receive

a response with in days Depending when my Mail is not being tampered with.

When The Oil spill first happened, They should have right away

placed a tube around the top of where the Oil is comming out

they could of used the under water vacume tubes, that Ships

use for clearing awaying or Moving the sand when un covering

Different items under water. That would of prevented the Oil from

going all over. The Clear plastic Nets would be rolled up in a shape

like a Funnel, with the spout in the water, to where the Oil would

drain down into a Plastic bag, that would close up after being filled.

Then The ships could swing by and pick up later.

Who cares who is or who is not represented. I want the BEST leaders running my company no matter what their gender....or race...color....religion...blablabla

"enough" spare me.....are there enough Indians, Arabs, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Germans, British,......

I come from a family of Nine, dad and I were the only males! However when I worked for the Whirlpool Corp, towards the end of my employment there, ( I left) I had a female supervisor for a couple of years. Whirlpool promoted someone within, the office, as they needed a female Supervisor....with no factory experience. Regardless, this didn't stop her from "showing us" how to metalfinish, and spray enamel ! LOL! Then we just went back to how we knew how to do it! She took credit for the dept running well, even though we were ignoring her. It worked better that way. With all those sisters, I have no problem working with a woman, just not idiots! Promote them all, and ignore them!
