Women in the workplace is not so much a problem when they can do the required work. I used to work factory, a lot of lifting, and they is no room for someone that can't "carry their load". My Brother in Law was a Firefighter in Cleveland, a big Irish, man. If there was trouble, could one of these new females carry his 270 pound body out of a burning building? He retired.
